Hello I purchased Jeff's cook book about a year ago and have made some of the recipes, fantastic.  I have been using the father-in-laws smoker.  I think it is about time I got my own.  I have been looking to build my own out of plywood for the structure, stainless steel for the interior and board and batten for the exterior.  I am building the smoker like this so it blends into the surrounding area.  Is this a good start.

Thank you

Hello Andrew.  Welcome.  I see this is your first post.  Please take some time and swing over to Roll Call and introduce yourself so that we may give you a proper "Hello".  All info you can provide us with such as smoker type, location and so on will help us answer any questions you may have.  As for your question:  Sounds like a good start to me.  Be sure to post some picts of the build.  Keep Smokin!
