Thanks cf, man I do have to say it was pretty tasty.... I used apple wood on this smoke and was kinda surprised on the smoke ring ! That mustard Q sauce was kinda sloppy but made the sandwich good and messy... lol. Thanks again !

The sticky comment was cause the last pic is upside down. Sorry I shouldn't have said that.

They will remember the time you spend with them more than what you buy for them.

Totally agree, we just live pretty simple but spend a BUNCH of time cookin (smokin food), fishin & other stuff.... And I enjoy every moment of it !

Justin,

this looks great!  Love your little "spice helper" ........teach them to cook while they are young. Jerry loved to make popcorn with our granddaughter all the time.  Lots of happy memories.  Thanks so much for your "tribute smoke to Jerry".  I am sure he is smiling down from heaven and saying, "looks amazing - well done friend"

Warm Blessings,

Josie

Wow Justin,

I just saw your Q-views - looks delish!  Thanks again for your "Tribute Smoke"  I had a stall with my pork butt also.......so annoying.  All in all it turned out extremely good and it was fork tender.

Hope all is well with you and yours.  Chat with you soon.  I just got your email will reply back to you in a minute.
