After lots of reasearch thanks to all the forum members I fixed up two fattys for today's lunch. They turned out delicious! And I took plenty of pics to document the journey.

Made two fattys. pepperoni pizza with provolone , and provolone, spinach and mushroom. We rolled them yesterday and let them hang out with the beer overnight

Smoked on WSM at 250 for 2.5hrs. Internal temp 170 deg
