This is a great place catering to a wonderful group of cooks from all walks of life. From professional Chefs and Q house owners to first time smokers and dish washers. Oddly enough everyone brings something here with them, doesn't matter what it just always happens. Folks are friendly and quick to help as long as you remember that no one way is ever the only way. We respect everyone's opinions (even when I know they are wrong and I am right).
The search engine is so full I challenge you to find something NOT in it. Its amazing so be specific when you ask. If you can't find an answer start a tread, if we can't smoke we all enjoy talking about it almost as much as eating it. Remember though, there are many opinions so never expect a simple definitive answer.
I will make a suggestion, start a journal, notebook, CD, flash drive, and take notes of what you do. You will make a great meal at some point and when you didn't write it down, you'll be upset. I kick myself over a sweet cured thigh dish I cooked once and have yet be able to reinvent it.
