I've been lurking for a while and have finally taken the plunge...
I'm an expat Aussie living in SW Colorado...I love all things meat..and a nose to tailer.....grew up on a sheep farm in Australia.
I just took delivery of 1/2 a hog and plan on some imminent smoking, as well as some sausage, salami and cured whole cuts.
Here's my weapon of choice....
And same loaded with cheese & stuff
