Ive been reading this site for a while. Anytime I smoke something I come here for info. decided to sign in and get all to advice I can.

today I started at 730 am getting everything ready. it was 12 degrees outside. I put on a 9 lb pork shoulder, dressed in my carharts and grabbed some PBR and am making a day of it.
