Advice needed

I am planning to smoke st louis ribs tomorrow using the 3-2-1 method, and I want to add a butternut squash. How many of the total 6 hours should the squash be on? Has anyone ever tried this combo before?

How did the squash turn out?  Any tips?  I was thinking of putting a spaghetti squash in with my turkey and  bacon wrapped corn.
