Any chance that some the NZ crew doing some distinctly New Zealand produce for the members here? Hapuka , tua tua, or whatever?
Leah is knocking out green lip mussels & NZ lamb ,she is a long way from you.
I am not suggesting you break out the shovels & do a hangi but feel free to stick some photos up if you are at one somewhere .
Some of that seafood that gets shipped to Sydney is AAAAA+ ,might be nice show case some here or you could let an Aussie do it!

I've got 4kgs of mussels on the go, going to smoke them today with my side of salmon - but a few thousand miles away from you, sorry cuz ;)

 

Got a lamb roast I'm thinking of doing for NYE, but its a piece of Aussie sheep... can't have it all, I guess. :)
