Hello From Oklahoma

I'm from Shawnee, Oklahoma and I'm brand new smoker.  I just got (opened the box today) a 30 inch Masterbuilt Electric smoker.  I want to try smoking ribs, brisket, pork loin, whole chickens, and turkeys.  Any suggestions on temperatures, times, rubs, etc. would be appreciated.  Thanks.

Hi Wally and welcome to the group from another Oklahoman! You'll find that this is a great place to share ideas on smoking, grilling, etc. There are plenty of folks here who genuinely enjoy helping one another.
