Name: Jeremy

Age: 32

Profession: IT

Hobbies: Hunting, Fishing, Wine/Cider making, Cooking, Archery and Smokn

Father of one son

Had my first smoker at age 17, a cheap  standup brinkman, used it till its death. Havent had a smoker for a couple years, buying another here in the immediate future.

Tools I own: everything for winemaking, cheap denai slicer, northern tool grinder, cast iron elbow stuffer

Dont aspire to be the next grand champion but if it happened I wouldnt complain. I cook about 90% of everything in our house from scratch. My family wants me to try out for Master Chef.

Ive made my own venison bologna quite a few times. Im an avid archery hunter, traveling and hunting locally. I also love to bass fish, own a 17' tracker aluminum and usually fish a few tournaments a year. Still fly fish quite a bit and tie on occasion. Was in it hardcore and burned out, was even sponsored at once.

See ya around,

Jeremy

LOL, thats one thing I always pride my house on is that if youre hungry, you must not be too hungry. Other than the cooking and wild game I keep our house packed full of food. Its the first bill that gets paid bi-weekly. If you cant eat, you cant afford to watch tv.

Eelcomr from Middletown MD . If your close to Greencastle Pa, drop by Mason Dixon Bbq Services. They have a variety of smokers and accessories and lunch available on Fridays. I'm picking up my new Meadow Creek at their open house on the seventh.
