Greetings yall, I am Cappy but dat name was took so I hadda stick an R on the end.  I have heard of yall for some time and I noticed that yall occasionally visit our blog from this forum so I guess someone used my name in vain in a post:icon_biggrin:.  I am a Cajun Country boy from a small town in south Louisiana.  Me and my friends kinda kick it ole school.  We live the simple life and fish hunt etc and do our own thing.  Lots of smoke houses and lots of fire and BBQ pits.  We also get together and make our own Cajun sausages, boudin hog head cheese etc.  We smoke game fish and any thing else that walks flies crawls swims by when we doing it.  I have a country boy network and we trade lots and make our own stuff.  The wife and I write a blog and have a youtube channel.  We don't try to make money offn it its for fun and lets our extended family know what we up to.  It's full of smoking and Q'in and cookin stuff cause das what we do.  If yall don't mind I will just jump in and start posting occasionally linking yall to our blog where the story is already told.  I aint trollin or nothing its just easier than posting every thing over and over.  I frequent several forums and that saves time.  I gues ya can tell I tend to go on and talk too much so das it for now.  BE seein yall

Hi Cappy,

One of our "rules" on the site is that we only post links to things on this site unless it is a site sponsor's link.  No outside links...

Sorry bout that!  Instead of the link just tell us where to find your blog.

Thanks Red I look forwards to reading and posting with you nice folks too.  We live a simple country life.  my country friends and I spend many an hour sitting by campfire, bbq pit, or smokehouse.  We  often get together to cook make sausages etc.  Now that the weather is getting cool we are soon gona be making our annual batch of boudin and hanging about half of it in the smoke house.   I will sertinally let yall know when we do.  Since I cant post links to my posts or videos i'll have to figure a way to lay it between the lines.
