Hi,

I waited a lot but finally the UDS it’s finished.

I want to thank you all! You guys helped me a lot and wouldn't make it without your help!

The UDS smoker:

It has 4 x 1” air inlet holes for a better air intake. It was made thinking about high altitude operation (It has to work in 8530 above sea level).

Note: 55 Gallon Drum.

Charcoal Basket,

I can detach the ash tray for cleaning

Size: Diameter 17", Height: 12", Legs: 3"

The lid has these locks for a more air tight environment…

8 Holes x 1" vents. (Note.: I wanted to have option to play with the air flow on high altitude)

The grates were custom made because there aren't "ready to buy" grates around here. It has this gap on the sides for working around metal bolts and the thermometer probe.

My first smoking meat had a great wood flavor and everyone on my family enjoyed it.

Thank you all!
