Timing Question?

I only smoke one thing at a time when I smoke! I'm going to be attempting to smoke 3 things this time. So my question is on timing. I'm smoking a turkey breast, a ham & Jeffs smoked Mac n cheese. So any and all suggestions from fellow QHeads well be appreciated!! grilling_smilie.gif

Kettle, morning...     Mac on the top rack, ham on the second, turkey on the lower rack....   as far as timing goes...  That depends on the thickness of what you are cooking,  including the mac and the temp of the smoker.....   From here, I can't give you a time....
