Put a 8 3/4lb Boston on the smoker this morning on the UDS. I used a base recipe from forluvofsmoke and tweaked it. It is a blueberry, cherry, apple rub. It smelled great on the smoker and can't wait to try it.
Last night I scored the fat cap
I applied the rub last night and put it in the fridge overnight.
After 12hrs on the UDS with Natures Glo lump and a few chunks of oak. Pulled at 198 and foiled and put in cooler to rest.
