I realized if vacuumed or use cheese wax, you can store cheese for an awful long time, but what about smoked butter? How do you wrap or seal butter so it will last a long time in the refrigerator?
I was just on Challenge Butter's website who says you can freeze butter 4-12 months depending on how fresh it is when you freeze it. I wonder if smoking it ruins that ability.
