MB 30" just showed up at the door today and warmed it up with a amzn smoke box using oak. Smelled so good I almost slapped a pork tenderloin on a grate, but the search function said that was a bad idea! For fun, I'm a wood turner, pens, salt and pepper mills, utility stuff and platters...mostly pens though. To fund my habits like eating and turning, I'm a Respiratory Therapist and Director of Disaster and Emergency Management for a couple hospitals in the Norcal region. Home is Fresno Ca and as of Monday the 12th, back to school for my Physician's Assistant cert for two years. One of the big reasons I picked up this smoker was to be able to prep a cut, drop it in the smoker in the morning and tend to it a few hours later.
