Butterfly that is! I don't use store bought sauce often, but I was given a bottle and needed to use it. When I do BBQ sauce on pork loin chops or chicken breasts I like to butterfly them open and put the sauce in the middle. I had two nice thick cut loin chops, and two nice breasts for the grill. Did a bit of a harvest and ended up with some beets and beet greens too!

A gift from our friends in Bama. Being a Duck the last couple season's of football have been fun!

I cut my own chops from whole loins. I like to slice them a 1 1/2" thick.

Butterflied and sauced. Then I like to put them in a Zip lock and dump more sauce in there and let them marinate for a few hours.

Might as well grill up some of Mr T's Crispy taters! EVOO, Lawry's, and Pepper (bottles pretty empty!)

Today's harvest. Beets, beet greens and a zucchini. Tonight we'll have steamed beets and beet greens.

Looking good so far!!!

So I had to improvise!

Colander and an over size lid did the job!

Plated! I must admit I forgot the tater and had to go back and get it!

Those taters are so good!

Drool View!!!

Enjoy!!!!

Mmm...looks delicious, Case!  Nicely done!

Red

Thanks Red! I honestly think I could live off the taters if I had too! That crispy skin and creamy inside is so damn good!!! The pork and greens weren't to shabby either!!!
