Well decided to throw a meatloaf in the MES 40 today (sons favorite) and I do have to say it came out mighty tasty.
All set and ready to go back in the fridge until the smoker is ready.
Got the pellet smoker lit and ready to go, just doing the 10 minute wait after using the torch.
I put the this picture in to try and grab some help, I had the pellet smoker going just like the instructions said and when I put it in the MES 40 it went out and I didnt have time to mess with it so I just threw some pellets in the tray.
And here is the final product, some in my tummy and more in my container for work tomorrow. Oh normally there is a BBQ sauce that goes with the recipe and we put it on for a few mintues while we are letting it rest, but I wanted to try some gravy on it. Gravy on it was good also.
