Nothing Fancy just a couple nice ribeyes. Smoked slow in the mini-wsm and then sear off. Soaked in worcestershire, topped with sea salt, pepper, and garlic. Cherry and pecan, 365 lump.
Thanks David, they were tasty! Pecan is becoming one of my favorite woods lately! Mixed with the cherry it really added some great flavor to the steaks!
Just need a basket and the smoke can flow on the drum! Had to spend most the weekend working on the property!
