Butts will take 12 + hours so looks like your in for an all nighter to get it done. My last one took 17 hours.
I put mine in a pan in the smoker. It will catch all the juice ( I defat the juice and pour it back over the pulled pork when its all done)
and if its in the pan all you have to do is put some foil over the pan when the IT gets around 165. If you want more bark don't foil.
it will take longer but the nice bark is worth it. If your short on time then foil it will speed up the cooking. Take it to 205 IT. Then put the butt
in a cooler. wrap in foil. if its in the pan just put pan in the cooler with foil across the pan. then fill the cooler with old blankets or towels.
leave it in there for 3+ hours. As far as cooking temp I have done them at 225 up to 350.
