Another Tri-tip, grilled, not smoked.

The last couple days I took a break from the Mini-WSM and have been using the gas grill that I have been neglecting the last year or so! I bought another bulk pack of tri-tip from our local wholesaler and one of the tips was small so I felt it would be great grilled. We also had a head of cauliflower that I needed to use up so I threw that into a foil pan with some smokerd serrano salt, cumin, pepper EVOO. We reheated a couple twice baked hatch chile taters too.

Enhanced.

Enjoy!!!

Thanks Willie! It was a great meal! Hope you don't have to wait to long! If you do I'd recommend some ABT's to hold you over!

Nibbling on some leftovers this morning for breakfast. Sure miss that smokey goodness you get from the smoker. Grilling on the gasser the flavor is much better right after the cook. Back to the smoker!

Yep that's for sure! I was using the gasser because I felt sorry for it just sitting there with its cover on!!! This Sunday it'll get a work out. Hosting a big BBQ and everyone is bringing their own grub to cook. I'll be cooking something in the Mini for the fiancee and I. I'll fire up the GOSM and do some ABT's for appetizers. Now if I had the Casa Q and the UDS done I'd have to figure something to do on those! No wonder the fiancee doesn't want me building an outdoor pizza oven!
