Born in Chicago, I grew up in Atlanta where I spent summers in Alabama, and Lynchburg, VA. I have lived in Raleigh, NC, Jacksonville, FL and Tallahassee, FL. I've worked in Dallas and have friends in Austin. I attended the University of Florida- Go Gators!
After spending some time mastering French cooking, I've decided to return to my roots and go full throttle into KCBS competition BBQ with an Alabama chicken, Memphis ribs, Eastern NC pork and Texas Brisket. I'm cooking on a Karubecue wood fired smoker. I also grind my own sausage and hope to be getting a hog from my in-law's farm.
