I have done ribs many times but have never really been very happy with them. They are good but not great. So I have been reading up on ribs here and found some good info. So Sunday I thought I would give it another try.
My wife and son said they were the best I have ever made! So I guess that is something and there were no leftovers.
So here are my first attempt at Cutting the ribs St. Louis style (just put on the smoker with mesquite chips).
I used the 3-2-1 method so here they are after foiling
And here they are plated with homemade fries and some corn
