Hello everyone...again!  This is Scott from Wisconsin.  I checked in a couple years ago with plans of building a brick style smoker.  Wouldn't you know that life got busy with a new house and 2 year old (now 4).  I am changed my plans on the brick smoker and have just ordered a 22.5 WSM.  I am getting the plans for my first smoke together, thinking of doing ribs with the 3-2-1 or 2-2-1 depending on what kind of ribs I can find.  Looking forward to learn from everyone and actually smoking something now!  Thanks for a all the info that you guys put up and share.

Hi Scott, and welcome back!  Good luck on those ribs, and be sure to show and tell us how they turn out!
