Hi, I am kellyb and I am from Erlanger, KY.  I love to smoke turkery, babybacks, and pork shoudlers.  I am addicted to spices and rubs of all kinds.  Good Kentucky Bourbon  is my secret weapon for mops and marinades.  I love to smoke with hickory and applewood and my smoker is a Oklahoma Joe offset smoker.
