Just built my first uds and I must say I have been very impressed with how well it holds temp in cool weather. I have cooked some pork and beef ribs and chicken so far I am not sure how to post pictures from my windows phone

UDS have smoked a lot of food......  Glad you have it figured out....  If you can store your phone pics on your computer, then they are easy to download to the forum...

A lot of times if I take pic with my phone and want to upload them to a site. I use PhotoBucket app. That way you can just post the direct link into the forum using the reply editor once you get home on a PC.
