I just mixed up a new batch of jerky yesterday afternoon.

 

 

I just ordered me the TSM DC-10 dehydrator too I might freeze this batch until it gets here. 

 

Anyone else use this unit?

Yep.....  but you knew that.....  I haven't made jerky in it but I've tried everything else....  It should be a great unit for jerky...  Check the dehydrator temps with an accurate therm to make sure their therm is correct...  I overlayed a template on the control knob to reflect the temps is charted using a calibrated therm... just to make sure the temps I was drying stuff at was correct....   Pretty fancy template HUH....
