Trying ribs for the first time.

Thought I would try some baby back ribs today got them just chilling out in the frig till noon when they will go on the smoker. Lets see how my first try turns out. Going to do the the 2-2-1 way. More to come.

Ok ribs on the smoker. I use some rub I had famous Dave's rib rub and some Mc Cormicks BBQ rub nothing fancy. More to come.

Foil time. Look and smell so good. Using apple wood and put some apple juice on them when foiled.

Those look awesome.  I love the 2-2-1 method, makes great ribs every time!

Just pulled the ribs off they look and smell amazing did a few tators with them. Time to eat.

By the looks of things, I would not think that was a first time smoke. Looking good, I am sure there will be plenty more smokes to come.

They look great. You are so lucky you found this forum for your first ribs. I did my first ribs some months ago without any advice from this group. The were ok but the difference doing them the way you did is soooo much better.

Excuse my, I have to clean the drool off my keyboard. Again, great looking ribs!
