Hi out there,

I'm Darren from Red Deer Alberta,

I have a 6 rack Bradley digital smoker at the moment and am fairly new to smoking meat. I've been doing a lot of bacon to start.

Welcome fellow Canadian and Bradley owner. I am just over the mountains in Cranbrook, BC and have had my Bradley a few months. This forum has been incredibly helpful with any questions and there is a ton of imformation here. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do.
