I was given a bottle of Soy Vay Island style Teriyaki that I used on some steaks the other day. I decided that I needed some finger food for work lunches. I had a pack of whole wings. What the heck, I injected the wings with the Teriyaki (had to strain it first, Soy Vay has sesame seeds in it). Dusted both sides with chipotle powder and garlic. Fired up the Mini-WSM with Kingsford blue and cherry. Ran the smoker at 325*, then for the last 15 minutes I opened her up wide, hit 389* No fancy platted picture, these all went into a tuperware container for lunch! Which I had half of them a hour ago, AWESOME!
