Hello all, Thought I would introduce myself. I'm an Ole Northeast Florida Boy (Cracker). I found this site researching E-smokers. Friends recommended I purchase a Masterbuilt E- smoker, they both have the Gen 1 models and very pleased with them.I've already contributed to the Masterbuilt 2012 30 & 40 thread before I found Roll Call.I'm a novice meat cooker, dealing with grills more than smoking. Looking forward to tapping into the vast knowledge base I've discovered here. Very nice informative site!Thanks for allowing in.Themole

BTW, I see you are in southeast Ga. I'm originally from Camden Co. Woodbine to be exact but been in Fl. for 57 years now.
