Hello from the lost island of Hawaii. I am currently stationed at Schofield Barracks. This endeavor marks my by first attempt at smoking any meat at all! I started brewing beer almost three years ago, liked it decided to try my hand I'm the smoked section of my local manliness discount outlet. Here to learn, share some stories and some great food!
