Hello all.. I have been getting Jeff's emails for 4 years now and decided I better join the forum. It looks fantastic. My wife and I live in a comfortable little house on fifty acres and she always encourages me to try different smoke recipes. I"m looking forward to reading how other fellow smokers have learned some valuable tips on this craft.. Currently all I have ever smoked with is a crappy little 3 section charcoal/water smoker but I will tell you we have had some excellent results. Well, I better get off the computer and go plow the snow.. My lane way is half a mile long and we are having a spring snowstorm.
