Hello everyone.
My name is wes and I live the the great state of Pa. I am a big hunter and I love to fish. I love hunting big game and I have been to many place in the states hunting. I love to fish for all kinds of fish the biggest fish that i ever caught was 450lb blue fin tuna. It was an exciting day. But my real love is hunting. I have harvested many deer in my life. This year I harvested the biggest buck I ever got it was a 10 pointer. What a wall hanger.
About a year ago I purchased an electric smoker a masterbuilt digital smokehouse. I have smoked many things so far, like ribs and fish but the thing I want to learn to do is to learn how to make kielbasy and how to smoke it. This week I just purchased an electric grinder from Cabelas to use. So I will ask all of you to help me out with this adventure.
