I seasoned 2 6# boneless pork buts and put them on my Cabelas 7 in 1 using propane and cherry and hickory wood chunks. I dry rubbed the 2 buts the night before giving them about 24 hours in the fridge wrapped in plastic. I got my grill fired up to around 225 and put the meat on.
I wrapped it at 160 and transferred it to the oven
Sorry if the rest of the pics look dark but when I finally pulled it off it was around 3 am and so I did the best I could in my kitchen.
The meat was both moist and delicious. I think next time i will leave it unwrapped as there wasn't much of a bark when it came out of the foil. I wrapped it in towels on my counter for an hour before pulling. My family absolutely loved it. My wife is already requesting I make another one the next time I go to Costco.
