Greetings to everyone! I am Jim and live in Ringgold, GA. I work for a large electric company in Chattanooga, TN. I have wanted to purchase a smoker for a long time and finally ordered a 30 inch Masterbuilt electric snoker last night. I look forward to meeting others on here and sharing recipes.

 to the SMF, the best BBQ site on the web.  Whatever you need to know about the fine art of BBQ you can find it right here, from recipes to technical knowledge.  Don't worry about the sides problem...just go to our Recipes forum and feast your eyes!!!!
