1.99 at Winn Dixie..Got 2 slabs..very meaty..

Covered with SPOG wrapped and fridged yesterday..

Into the WSM at 225 for the old 2-2-1...

Out in 2 for apple juice,old bay into  pan and covered..

Steamed some taters and whipped em up with milk and butter...

Worked great...tender and juicy...

  I haven't tried Old Bay on ribs yet - how much do you use?

  I mixed the old bay with the apple juice in the pan..used what was left in the can about 2 TBS in 2 cups of juice..

  For what ever reason these ribs turned out close to best so far...very juicy and just the right amount of tug...
