Good Morning SMF,

My name is RaVaughn Chef Daddy Sims and i hail from Enfield Ct.  Have have lived in several places with main roots in Cleveland Ohio.  I was taught to BBQ by my Granddaddy when I was 6 and and the Most important thing he taught me besides slow and low, was that the smoke only gets in your eyes when your ugly on the inside.   I have been told that my food was orgasmic, and I find myself reminding people to "Eat the meat and Leave the Bones"

up until now i have only used charcoal and wood grills now using a tubular 4 feet grill.  No offense to any locale, but i am tired of hearing how good texas, or nc, or any of these other style cooking is, (believe me they are) BUT it is time to watch out for CLEVELAND STYLE BBQ! .   Butt don't get me wrong, i am not perfect... ia am still looking for wisdom, and insight, cuz good can always get BETTER>
