Pick up a lot of butts on sale. 3 of them went into the smoker for pulled pork.
One is for us . One of them is going to my daughter at college. and the last one
went to our neighbor whose Mother pass away.
Nothing like getting the smoker going while its still dark outside..
(I really need to hang some light around my smokers.)
One butt on the lower grate

Ready to wrap two of them was at 160 and one was at 170.
bottom rack ran about 50 degrees hotter then the top rack.
Hit 205 and pulled them off . Let them sit for an few hours then pulled them apart.
Defat the juice and pour back over the pulled pork.
For some reason didn't get any pictures of them before pulling them apart.
