Hi,
I'm looking to get started smoking using an Ok Joe wood smoker. Is this my best option for keeping a steady temp during freezing temps? Will this even work at all. My only experience smoking is in Texas so weather has never been an issue. Thanks

To SMF!  We are glad you joined us!   Have you signed up for Jeff's E-Course yet?  If not...here is a link that will get you started.

There is a bunch of useful information with this 5 day course!

I am not sure about the weather temps there!  BUT---I am sure some one is and will give you some tips soon!

If you need any help navigating around...just holler.  We will be glad to help out!
