Thanks for all the welcomes. Currently i just have a basic double charcoal grill that i use but i am looking to purchase a nicer smoker in a year or so.
I currently am testing my skills with ribs and pork butts and shoulders. I have a couple of guys that i grill with but we havent enter competitions yet because of fear of not havin theb"right" equipment i think. Silly i know
