Hello all,
I've had an electric smoker that's worked well for several years now, but the thermostat finally started to fail. My wife bought me a Masterbuild 2-door for my birthday last month to replace it, so now I'm a member of the propane club :)
I'm looking forward to getting started with it next weekend. I forsee a few chickens in our future...
There's a ton of great info here, and I wanted to say thanks for it and all of the help you folks give the newbies like myself.
