Well so far so good. I have a Char Broil 6 burner, just bought a La Caja China for Pigs which I need to learn more about rubs for this, and a friend bought an electric smoker and gave me his Brinkman Propane smoker. Look like I am set for some cooking.

I RV a lot and do a lot of cooking at the outings, mostly breakfast except when we are the host and then we do it all. Did our Christmas outing as the hosts and had a German theme with all the German food you could eat. Had a great time. I am looking forward to learning more about smoking and rubs. Thanks for having me as a member, hope I can contribute some too.

I am trying the 2 2 1 for baby back ribs, I took some pictures and will report on how the turn out. I love smoked Salmon so do want to try some of that when I get better. I have a few friends in the area that smoke and they will help when I can't find it on this site. The smoker was free just have to learn how to use it properly and then we can get a better one if we like it, of which I am sure we will.
