Smoked these wings on my buddy's fire barrel.. It turns out some pretty good Q .

I lightly salted them and threw them on the grate with the last of my  jalapeno cheddar kielbasa.

Have some nice oak going at the bottom of the barrel

Showing off my new camera I got for christmas

Some TBS

By buddy's dog Dixie was up on the chicken wings, She knew somethin was a goin on

The ones in the front half were dipped in 1/2 cup of franks red hot sauce and 2 stick of butter and returned to the rack

Here they are before they got devoured by the rest of the neighborhood clan.

This was the only close up I got...what was left while I could get my fingers clean to grab the camera and get a shot

They took about 3 hrs... but the low and slow over the oak really paid off...They were some of the best  I've done,,,,,,,,

Thanks for looking

Joe
