Big fan of the forum.  My brother, aka WhtPlainsSmoker, got me into it.

I live in River Edge New Jersey and work in Manhattan.  I'm a long time listener, first time caller when it comes to REAL Barbecue.  I love to cook indoors and out and since I like to do things the hard way I'm ready for smoking meat.  My brother smoked some ribs and I was hooked.  Even my kids ask for Uncle Mike's Ribs

At first I was using a charcoal Weber 22.5 kettle grill and using the indirect method, but WhtPlainsSmoker made me a Mini-WSM for Christmas.  It's sweet!  Got a NY Giants Logo on it.  Pictures to follow.

Good Barbecue is hard to find around here, so I'm looking forward to doing it myself.

Welcome my brother! Thanks for the shout out about the mini wsm. Yours definitely came out better than mine. Although it had the same effect on the the giants' season as my mini wsm had on the Yankees season.
