well i smoked my first prime rib yesterday and to my surprise turned out wonderfull pulled it off smoker at 130 IT and it never really raised temps in 1 hr. rest so i threw it in oven for 15 min. on broil at 400 and kinda messed up the fat cap but still turned out wonder full heres some q-view of the night before and so one

just put in smoker at 9:30am started with a foil pan but after i put the broth in found it to have a leak
sticking the threm in 3 hrs. in IT was 100 even
time to pull it IT 130
ended up stick in ove here is the final couple picks
ended up resting 1 hr. and had a nice crust on it and was perfectly good almost all the way to end
really juicy and just over all great meal
