Hi, Steve here from Gilman Iowa. I bought a traeger grill a year ago and have converted meals into whats my next challenge. My neigbors peak out the windows to see what im doing and who is going to try the daily special. I have really grown to enjoy smoking meat and keep challenging myself. I enjoy trying bbq places here in iowa to eat at then go home and try to out do them. The best thing is my 3 kids honestly enjoy bbq more then normal food. if its not the pizza im cooking on the grill there asking for ribs and brisket.
