I have a 40" Masterbuilt Propane Smoker and I am becoming very comfortable smoking with that bad boy. I have added an Amazin Tube Smoker inside of a mailbox that vents in from the side.


I need to work on my burner flame. It burns orange and yellow on the tips then a blue base. I have smoked approx 30 hours with various meats on a single tank. I look forward to learning more about cold smoking and smoking new foods.
