I saw a recent post of this and thought I should give it a try with some left over pork grind from my morning sticks.
8 oz. salt
2 oz. black pepper
1 oz. sage
put in ziploc and shake thoroughly, then use ½ oz. per lb. of meat
I had three lbs of pork so I added 1.5oz. of the above mix.
Had to fry up a few for breakfast this morning!
Then I toasted an english muffin topped with an egg and a little hollandaise sauce!
