Hi guys and gals. I have been reading on this forum for quite a while and have been smoking various meats since around 2006 on my smoker and several years before on my gas and charcoal grills. This is a great forum with a lot of very helpful members and I would like to thank all of you for all the help and sharing everything! I have used several recipes from here and I especially like the fact people talk about their smokers and ways to improve on them. I have a Chargriller Super Pro grill/smoker with side fire box and the few upgrades I learned on here to make it perform better were must do and highly recommended to anyone with a side fire box type smoker like this.
